    Botsinvest, trading under the name of Yieldt (hereafter: “Yieldt” or “we”), established at Westblaak 180, 3012 KN in Rotterdam, the Netherlands (CoC 76099571), is responsible for collection and process of personal data, as described in this Privacy Statement. Yieldt can process your personal data when you visit our website, but also when you use our products and/or services. This could relate to personal data that you left behind so we can contact you. In the framework of this process, Yieldt secures and respects your privacy by observing the General Data Protection Regulation, among others. This means that your personal data is only used as far as consistent with the goals it is obtained for and that you can exercise certain rights with regard to your personal data.

    Yieldt processes the personal data categories below and processes it as described in this Privacy Statement:

    you only registered to receive our newsletter:

    2. Email.

    When you posted an offline contact request:

    1. First and last name;
    2. (Mobile) phone number;
    3. Email.

    When you accessed the website and/or left your contact data behind:

    1. First and last name;
    2. Address (street, postal code and country);
    3. (Mobile) phone number;
    4. Email.

    When you registered as a client:

    1. First and last name;
    2. Address (street, postal code and country);
    3. (Mobile) phone number;
    4. Email;
    5. Residential address;

    You provide us with this personal data:

    We process your personal data for the following goals based on different legal grounds.

    Thanks to your permission, we use your personal data to:

    Yieldt retains your personal data for the shortest possible period for the aforementioned goals. In some cases, Yieldt has to fulfil certain legal duties, so certain personal data has to be retained for a longer period. For example, in the case of our legal duty of administration, at which certain personal data has to be retained for a minimum period of 7 years after the end of a tax year. It could also occur that we have to retain certain personal data in our files if a (possible) dispute or procedure comes up.

    Should you no longer want to receive information (not being service messages) and offers, please cancel your subscription for this release. You can also send us a request by using the aforementioned contact details if you want to exercise any rights related to your personal data.

    1. You have the right to access your personal data that Yieldt processes;
    2. You have the right to have your personal data adjusted, e.g. if it is no longer correct;
    3. You have the right to have your personal data removed, e.g. after the applicable retention period has expired;
    4. You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data;
    5. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, e.g. because you no longer want to receive information about our products or services;
    6. You have the right to have your personal data transferred;
    7. You have the right to always revoke your authorization (if authorization is the legal grounds for processing). Your authorization cannot be revoked retrospectively. That means the authorization is no longer granted from the moment you revoke it.

    Yieldt normally responds to your request within one month, unless it is not feasible due to the complexity of your request or because of the number of requests you submitted. In such case, we always inform you about this within one month, and we extend our response term with a maximum of two months. Supplementary to the aforementioned rights, you can always file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe Yieldt (has) processed your personal data in a way that contradicts the applicable law and legislation.
