Are you considering having Yieldt invest some of your assets? In order to make a well informed decision, you will find more information below.

  1. What is asset management?

    Yieldt is the first company in the world to offer managed investments in crypto assets. We combine the knowledge of experienced traders from the traditional stock exchange with the expertise of our crypto specialists and data analysts. That way, we help investors increase their investments in a responsible and risk-limiting way and we occupy a unique position on the market.

  2. Why would I let Yieldt do my asset management?

    Yieldt offers everyone the opportunity to invest in crypto products in a sensible way. By investing in crypto products in a responsible and risk-limiting way, we offer our clients the opportunity to increase their stakes over time.

  3. What is the minimal investment?

    The minimal investment is currently 1.000 euro.

  4. What do you do for me with active asset management?

    With active investing we monitor your portfolio 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will take the current market situation into account at your entry, but if we already have open positions, we will implement your purchases.

    During the management process we analyze developments of your portfolio based on price information, taking into account the direction of the market. We analyze short-term decreases and act if we consider it necessary to limit risks. We also keep a close eye on important market developments that could have a major impact on your portfolio. Every month we recalibrate your portfolio, in which we return the desired balance and implement any changes to the products.

  5. What do you do for me with buy & hold?

    With buy & hold we fill your portfolio with the percentages specified in the portfolio and hold these positions until you give us the order to exit. In this variant we only make purchases regardless of the moment of entry. Every month we recalibrate your portfolio, in which we return the desired balance and implement any changes to the products.

  6. What is the difference between active asset management and buy & hold?

    Risk is the leading factor within active asset management. With the buy & hold product we only start investing for you and we will not take the current market condition nor the short-term risks into account.

  7. How are the stock fluctuations within the crypto market?

    The crypto market is a volatile market. This is reflected in the price developments, from value drops of tens of percent, to surges of several hundred percent. This has to do with the current immaturity of the market, but on the other hand offers very good investment opportunities.

  8. What is the return I could count on?

    Yieldt cannot make any statements about the effective return on investments within crypto products.

  9. What kind of risk profile do crypto products have?

    All crypto products can be seen as products for a very offensive risk profile. You must therefore be prepared to take large risks and bear the potential losses. We therefore recommend that you use only 10% of your freely disposable assets for managed investments in crypto products.

  10. Are you regulated by the Dutch AFM or DNB?

    Yieldt is not regulated by the Autoriteit Financi?le Markt (AFM) or De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). For more information about regulations, we refer to the Memorandum written by Emanuel van Praag and Peter Hoefnagels from HVG Law LLP.

  11. Does Yieldt have any relations with projects in my portfolio?

    Yieldt has no relationships with the projects in which we invest. We operate independently and do not allow ourselves to be influenced in the choices for our investment portfolio.

  2. Can I go through the registration process online?

    Yes indeed. By following the steps below you can register at Yieldt at any time.

    Important: first read the disclaimer and customer agreement!

    4. Complete your registration by authorizing Yieldt crypto managed investing

  3. Where can I find the registration documents?

    Here you can find the link documentation, customer agreement and disclaimer. You can agree to this in writing via the secure registration form.

  4. What is an API connection?

    An API link ensures that our trading platform and your crypto wallet are connected to each other. Only by making this link can we take care of the purchases and sales.

  5. What if I turn on the check mark, can you withdraw my credit?

    In the unlikely event that you still tick ‘withdraw’ when setting the API connection, we will not be given the option to withdraw assets to our accounts. After all, we cannot change your verified bank account.

  6. Why do I need two-factor authentication with Bitvavo?

    A two-step authentication is an extra layer of security for your account to ensure that you are the only person who has access to your account, even if someone knows your password.

  7. Can I disable the two-step verification?

    Yes, you can disable the two-step verification yourself. You only need this during the registration process to create the API keys. However, we consider safety an important business value. We therefore recommend that you always work with a two-step verification, so that your account is only available to you.

Deposits and credits

The following questions relate to depositing assets and controlling your funds and assets.

  1. How can I deposit?

    To convert euros to crypto currency, a cryptocurrency exchange is required. The market leader in the Netherlands is the Bitvavo exchange. This means that the investment must be made within Bitvavo.

  2. Does Yieldt have access to my assets?

    No, we do not have access to your assets and cannot withdraw from your Bitvavo account. Yieldt also cannot pay out any funds. Only you can do this via your Bitvavo account.

  3. Can I deposit directly to Yieldt?

    No, unfortunately this is not yet possible.

  4. What happens when I deposit another amount at Bitvavo?

    If you deposit funds, this will be added to the assets that we will invest for you. We will invest your funds as soon as possible. We recommend contacting Yieldt when doing a new deposit by sending an email to [email protected] stating your account details.

  5. Do I have control over my credit balances?

    In our management model you keep all control over your funds and assets and you can determine yourself when you exit from us.

  6. Can Yieldt override my crypto assets?

    We do not have access to your funds and we cannot transfer assets from your Bitvavo account.

  7. Can Yieldt withdraw my crypto assets?

    We do not have access to your funds. Only you can withdraw your assets from your Bitvavo account.

Below are all questions related to information about your account or about the market.

  1. What information can I get and where can I find it?

    In your Bitvavo account you can see the content of your portfolio, the amount of your balance, the deposits and withdrawals that you have made and the transactions that we have done.

    Yieldt strives to make your account information and investment value visible on this website on short term through a personal dashboard.

  2. Where can I find information about the market?

    We regularly publish information about market developments and collaborations within our knowledge center.

  3. What information will I receive from Yieldt?

    We will keep you informed on a monthly basis about important developments, any changes in the composition of your portfolio and the overall results of the investments.

Costs and billing

Below you will find the cost structure of Yieldt and questions regarding the billing process.

  1. What are the costs of investing with Yieldt?

    We use four cost models from which you can choose, in addition a 2% entry fee is used. Costs for the purchase of crypto products from third parties are for your account as a customer. At Bitvavo these costs have a maximum of 0.25% per transaction at the time of writing.

    1. Buy and Hold: 0.4% per month based on portfolio value;
    2. Active investing: 0.75% per month based on portfolio value;

  2. How does the billing process work?

    As a customer you pay the entry fee and the first month on your total invested capital at the start. You can expect new invoices prior to every month. A final settlement with new deposits and/or withdrawals are settled in this stage.

  3. What happens when I pay too late?

    We use a payment period of seven days. If the payment is not credited to our bank account within these days, we have the right to terminate the agreement.

  4. Where can I ask further questions about billing?

    In case of any questions regarding the invoice process, you can send a mail to [email protected].

Unsubscribe

The following questions relate to the termination of our services.

  1. What do I have to do to unsubscribe?

    If you no longer want to use our services and want to cancel the agreement, you can stop the collaboration by e-mail.

    You can make this known by mentioning the “Account termination” topic. We will contact you as soon as possible, but at the latest within 2 working days.

  2. What happens when I delete the API connection?

    If you cancel the API connection, we will lose control of your account. At this point you can no longer claim our services and we are therefore forced to terminate the customer agreement.

  3. What happens when I manually trade?

    You authorize us to invest managed in your name in crypto products. In the event of non-compliance with the provisions in the agreement, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement.
